Today we’re going to talk about Hard Rock Cafe, Casino and hotel. Are you guys ready for an adventure? Let’s begin. So my parents have a home in Florida in West Palm Beach.
And the majority of times when we fly into Florida it will be either Miami or Fort Lauderdale, either one. We still have to take the same road to get to my parents house. And every time we take that road in the distance, I see one of the most unique looking hotels. It’s in the shape of a guitar. And I didn’t actually know it was a hotel at first.
I thought that it was like a restaurant. Whatnot? And I did a little bit of research into it and it turns out it is the Hard Rock Cafe. But into a casino hotel resort style. It is one of the only ones in the entire world that is in the shape of a guitar.
It is incredibly cool. And for the past three years, every time we pass it, I’m like, I want to go here. This is something that is on my bucket list. I need to go and check it out. And finally I recruited one of my friends to go and check it out with me.
Before we arrived there, I just wanted to do a little bit of homework because sometimes in the evenings when we pass it, it lights up and does some really cool stuff. And I’m like, do they have a light show? What’s going on? So apparently they do every single night. And this Hard Rock Cafe hotel casino in Fort Lauderdale is the only one like this.
And they have a free show every single day at seven and 07:30 p.m. A free light show that lasts 15 minutes. It is amazing. So you can arrive there. You do not need to gamble.
They do have this enormous casino inside. But what happens with casinos? Usually casinos have really cool things to look at. Their lobby is absolutely incredible. It’s like a mini city.
Inside the lobby they have these fountain shows and the fountain shows are all day long because it’s inside. So they don’t depend on the weather or evening or nighttime or light at all. So you can walk around there. There’s all these different restaurants, bars, obviously the casino, they even have a theater. When we were there, they were advertising that John was going to be performing.
So they do have really big names coming through and it’s a hotel. And you could also spend I think $25 to enjoy the property if you’re not staying in the hotel to use their pools. And they have a lot of pools as well. And they have all these different restaurants for all flavors, I mean, any kind you can imagine. And it’s just fun for us, it was a fun night out.
We spent like 3 hours there. We caught the show, we arrived there just in time for the 730 P. M. It was an amazing show. You got to check it out because it’s really cool and then it’s free to park so you don’t have to worry about that and you can just walk around right?
You can even bring your own food if you don’t want to spend any money and it’s just a fun night or have a drink or something, just enjoy but it’s something different and I noticed that going to really cool looking hotels in your hometown can really make a difference. It can give you that much more of an adventure just because a lot of times hotels really try to entertain you when you’re in the lobby to keep you there from not only spending the night there but for actually going out as well and this one will definitely keep you entertained.
