Saul Mendez, Guatemala: From Fashion to Many Restaurants

Today we’re going to be talking about Saul restaurants in Guatemala. Are you guys ready for an adventure? Let’s begin.

Saul Mendez originally began and is still a designer. They still have all these men’s designer clothes. It’s like Gucci, the top fashion of Guatemala. Saul is a Guatemalan who started out as a tailor and has grown into an amazing designer for men in Guatemala and internationally. However, they expanded their brand by going into restaurants, and they have these different styles of restaurants.

Saul Mendez Restaurants

They have Saul Bistros, and to be honest, I don’t really understand the difference between Saul Bistro and Saul Osteria.

Soul Crepe

They also have these really popular Crepe vans that they have in malls and on the streets. But they’re very classy, they’re very good quality crepes, and they’re literally my son’s absolute favorite crepes. Like we sometimes plan our trips to find where the crepe vans are. They’re always physically there, they don’t drive around, but we do look for that.

Saul Bistro

Saul also has all these different restaurants. And there is a Saul bistro in Antigua, Guatemala. They are mainly all over Guatemala City. You can find tons of them, and they are much higher quality food, and they have really yummy different dishes. They have meat, they have vegetarian options, they have salads, and they have delicious smoothies.

Conclusion

So I would definitely check them out. It’s definitely a good quality restaurant experience. But if you don’t want to go for that full thing, just enjoying a crepe will satisfy you because they have lots of different ones, and they do it right there in front of you and it’s fun, it’s tasty, and you can enjoy the Saul experience. Also, you could definitely go and check out some of the Saul stores as well.
