LINQ’s High Roller
Another great place to get photos from a different perspective is The LINQ’s High Roller which is located at LINGQ Hotel & Casino. This Ferris wheel isn’t like any other Ferris wheel at a state fair. This Ferris wheel is the tallest in the world. Each cabin is spacious and has a 360-degree panorama view.
It takes half an hour to complete a full circle. If you are not afraid of heights, you can take this ride. A good tip for photography would be that from the Ferris wheel. From there, you can see the sundown, where you can take a shot of the sunset behind the hotels and hills. In addition, you can also head to the LINQ Promenade where you can take pictures in front of the High Roller.
Container Park
Last but not least, at the outskirts of the strip in Las Vegas downtown, you will find the Container Park. But what is this place after all? Well, this Las Vegas spot is a shopping district made out of containers. At Container Park you will find restaurants, bars, lawn games, live music, and a fenced playground.
By definition, it might not be an attraction, but the grumpy look of this area is the complete opposite of what you will find on the Las Vegas Strip. So why is this place Instagram-worthy? Well in this area, especially Fremont Street, is a budding art district where you will see large and colorful murals at every corner you take. There’s nothing cooler than having a mural as your background while enjoying the green space and having a drink.
However, Las Vegas has an overwhelming amount of photography opportunities. Everywhere you turn, you can find something to take a picture of. Do not worry about getting the right shot or the perfect angle. What is more important is to be present and enjoy your time at this kind of destination. There’s nothing else like it. And don’t forget to take a picture of Vegas Vic the cowboy, the largest mechanical neon sign in the world.
