Al Barari - Guide to the Luxurious Residences of Dubai

Al Barari (or Barari) is a gated neighborhood with opulent homes, some of which are among the most costly in Dubai. It is a new eco-friendly community in Dubai’s ever-expanding real estate sector.

As a result, Al Barari provides its inhabitants with a quiet, isolated setting as well as access to world-class services. Al Barari Dubai has established high standards for environmentally friendly and elegant living. This residential complex encompasses an incredible 18 million square feet, with green areas, manicured gardens, natural lakes, and freshwater streams making up 60% of the community.

Al Barari means “wilderness” in Arabic, which is not surprising given the quantity of flora in the region. It is, undoubtedly, one of Dubai’s greenest neighbourhoods. Al Barari’s construction began in 2005, and it now provides villas and flats in a lush residential neighbourhood.

The master development process was divided into two stages. The bulk of the houses in the sub-communities of The Nest, Seventh Heaven, Ashjar, The Residences, and The Reserve were handed over during Phase I. The Farm restaurant, Heart & Soul spa, and Body Language health club are all part of the complex.

In contrast, Phase II would see the building of a resort hotel, a business school, assisted living facilities, retail outlets, and further residential complexes.

OVERVIEW OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD COMMUNITY

The 6 sub-communities of Al Barari, a residential community, are The Nest, Ashjar, Seventh Heaven, The Neighbourhood, The Reserve, and The Residences. There are 189 ready villas on the residential side, including 28 villas in The Reserve and 55 residences in The Nest.

The Residences are four different styles of huge eco-friendly residences. Acacia, Bromellia, Camellia, and Dahlia are among them. On the other hand, the area’s apartment complexes include Ashjar, Seventh Heaven, and The Neighbourhood. In terms of facilities, Barari Dubai has a high-end restaurant named The Farm, a well-kept health club called Body Language, and a neighbourhood spa called Heart & Soul.

The tranquil atmosphere, eco-friendly surroundings, and availability of multiple lifestyle facilities and food alternatives all contribute to the benefits of living in Al Barari. The developers have purposefully built residential homes in leaf-like clusters in order to avoid environmental impact. It is regarded as one of the most eco-friendly locations in Dubai, offering a long-term living environment.

The neighbourhood, which offers environmentally friendly housing alternatives, is suitable for families with children, newlyweds, and even young couples or singles wishing to live a tranquil life while remaining close to Dubai.

  1. The Nest

The Nest, which consists of only 55 villas nestled in a peaceful suburban area, is excellent for family life in the city. It has residences ranging in size from 9,000 to 15,000 square feet on plots ranging in size from 9,000 to 15,000 square feet.

The Nest’s four-bedroom villas are priced at AED 10 million, with yearly leases starting at AED 650 thousand. Similarly, a 5-bedroom property for sale would cost roughly AED 12 million. These residences, which have four well-designed bedrooms, a choice of two interior layouts, and, of course, magnificent landscaping, provide a welcome reprieve from the urban sprawl that characterises the rest of Dubai.

The villas feature a stunning modern appearance, with a great balance of interior and outdoor areas that generates a strong feeling of community while also providing complete seclusion.

  1. Seventh Heaven

Seventh Heaven is the area’s first apartment building, a break from the villa communities on which Al Barari established its reputation. Seventh Heaven is a seven-story building with a stepped, nearly pyramidal shape that results in each unit having a layout that is unlike any of its neighbours.

Each apartment features a wonderfully designed contemporary interior that is accented by full-height glass panels and spacious wraparound balconies that are great for outdoor gatherings. The apartments at Seventh Heaven give stunning views due to the community’s prominent location in the city.

Seventh Heaven, Al Barari’s luxury retreat, features themed gardens. The sub-community offers contemporary one- to three-bedroom units with private elevator access.

  1. The Reserve

The Reserve is a discrete private enclave with a small number of customised homes. The Reserve, with its very large plot sizes, offers an once-in-a-lifetime chance to totally build a house as you see fit, from the external architecture to the minute elements of the interior design and even the landscaping of the outdoor living areas.

Each homeowner may put their own stamp on the villa of their choosing, which is situated in beautiful surroundings and has plenty of space for extra amenities such as an infinity pool or grass patio. The land sizes of the villas are greater than the plot sizes of conventional Barari residences, beginning at 16,000 sq. ft.

  1. Ashjar

Ashjar, named after the Arabic word for “tree,” is a low-rise residential complex with five floors arranged into clusters. The buildings are designed in three architectural styles: Introvert, Extrovert, and Cube, resulting in three distinct sets of apartment layouts.

These gorgeous contemporary residences, similar to Seventh Heaven, include huge terraces to provide a seamless flow between the inside and the outside. One of the most distinguishing features of this neighbourhood is that it is supposed to be car-free. When you enter Ashjar, you will be directed to a large underground parking area.

All of the walkways and roadways in the neighbourhood are purely for pedestrians, which reduces noise and air pollution while also providing inhabitants with a cleaner and more serene living environment.

Note: The Residences are a collection of luxurious homes surrounded by lushly planted themed gardens, a lake, and sophisticated waterworks and paths. Acacia and Bromellia provide 6-bedroom residences with at least 13,858 sq. ft. of living space in the Residences. Camelia and Dahlia villas have five bedrooms and a minimum covered area of 12,713 square feet.

Al Barari isn’t only green on the outside. The neighbourhood is also at the forefront of Dubai’s sustainability activities, employing solar panels for much of its exterior lighting, composting organic waste, and recycling water to irrigate its plant life.

Finally, villa sub-communities in The Residences such as Bromellia, Dahlia, and Camellia complete out the list. Private or underground parking, swimming pools, dedicated children’s play spaces, barbeque areas, gyms, saunas, steam rooms, and Jacuzzis are available in all of the sub-communities.
