By learning new things, you are setting yourself up for long-term success, and this is by far the best way to get results in life because you will never feel like you have wasted any of your valuable time. Instead, you will start to explore a new world, and as time goes on, you’ll see results in your life.

You don’t know all the possibilities of your brain. You can learn a lot and a lot of things. But sometimes, our brain lies to us; it says that we need to take a break to rest, eat sweets, or simply procrastinate, lying that we’ll be on time to do something. 

A learning path is complex, and you have to train your will to succeed. 

Comfort zone

The theory goes that we humans all have an innate desire to change and improve our lives somehow, whether that is by getting a new job, being more positive, finding out how to take time on hobbies, etc. You can start something that you always wanted to do, but due to certain events in your life, you can’t seem to succeed at it and, therefore, search for a different hobby. Some can say that you don’t want to go out of your comfort zone. But they are wrong. Do you really need to go out of it? No. Just change it. Yes, you can easily change your comfort zone by changing your attitude to a specific situation. That’s all.
